Guest Bio:
Rose Ferguson is a former international model turned registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine practitioner. After a successful career working with some of the world’s leading fashion houses, she retrained in naturopathy and nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, later completing advanced study with the Institute for Functional Medicine and earning an MSc in Advanced Nutrition.
She now runs a global clinic specialising in metabolic health, inflammation and hormone balance. Rose is the author of Juice and The Reset, founder of the R Health Club, and a Global Wellness Expert for Dior Beauty, where she integrates inner and outer health through treatment protocols and wellbeing strategies.
She is also an ambassador for Ancient + Brave, has developed wellness programmes for the Maybourne Group hotels and Surrenne spas, and is a regular contributor to British Vogue.
