Guest Bio:

Nena is a qualified CNM-trained Natural Chef, food educator, food writer and Functional Medicine Health Coach with a PhD in Sociology of Health & Illness. While there may be many strings to her apron bow, every element of her work aims to bring joy, simplicity and accessibility back into health and wellness. Nena has collaborated with renowned chefs like Anna Jones and Marcus Wearing, and her clientele includes brands such as Rude Health, Hello Fresh, and HSBC. She has also been featured in media outlets like The Guardian and Grazia and worked as a recipe developer for several subscription boxes.

Nena is a fermentation specialist and has taught fermentation to hundreds of people around the world and had her recipes featured in The Fibre Fuelled Cookbook, one of the New York Times bestsellers. A passionate food educator, Nena also runs a wellness and inclusion consultancy circle, supporting and developing programmes within organisations.
