Dr Michael Greger is a leading physician, a founding member and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, a New York Times bestselling author, and internationally recognised speaker on nutrition, food safety and public health.

He’s the founder of the nonprofit NutritionFacts.org, offering free, evidence-based nutrition research through videos, blogs, and updates.

Dr Greger has lectured at the Conference on World Affairs, testified before Congress, and served as an expert witness in the famous ‘meat defamation’ trial involving Oprah Winfrey.

He’s the author of several bestselling books, including How Not to Die, How Not to Diet, and his latest book, How to Not to Age. All proceeds from his books go to charity, reflecting his mission to make health accessible to everyone.
