Leisa Cockayne is the founder of Make Me Sugar Free and author of ‘The 7-Day Sugar Cleanse’. She is a Nutritional Therapist specialising in sugar addiction and women’s hormonal health, with a focus on the connection between nutrition, blood sugar, hormones and long-term health.

Leisa completed a three-year diploma in Naturopathy and Nutrition at CNM and now works with a wide range of clients, including high-profile and celebrity clients, helping them make realistic, sustainable changes to their health and relationship with food.

Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, achievable strategies to help people break the cycle of sugar addiction and better support their long-term health.
