Jess Shand is a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist and hormone health specialist, dedicated to empowering women to optimise their health through food and lifestyle rituals. Her holistic approach focuses on helping women thrive from the inside out, breaking free from habits that no longer serve them, and creating sustainable, transformational change.

Jess’s passion for hormonal health comes from her own journey. After struggling with unresolved health issues, she took control through nourishment and holistic practices. This transformation helped her regulate her menstrual cycle, achieve a healthy pregnancy, and resolve skin, sleep and digestive issues. Jess now runs a thriving nutrition clinic, helping women achieve vibrant health

Jess studied Nutritional Therapy at CNM and is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Naturopathic Council. She has also undertaken additional training in pre-and postnatal nutrition, behaviour change, and holistic health coaching.
